Chair Alarms are weight-sensitive pressure pads are for chair fall alarm monitor use
When connected to a fall prevention monitor, the pressure pad will trigger the fall alarm when weight is removed from the pad. There are two general types of chair alarms - corded and cordless. The cordless alarm will allow you to move the alarm to any other room of your home or care center. The corded alarm must be within 8 feet of the pad as the cord from the pad must be attached to the alarm. There are many to choose from.
